ECV headed off to the slopes of Martock for some true multi-sport development. Skiing is a good mix of endurance and resistance training that has positive effects on the heart and circulation, as well as peripheral muscles – predominately the legs – great conditioning for a group of athletes! After some on-hill instruction and chair lift skill test we hit the slopes with some blue skies above and laughter in the air. For six of our students from Mexico, this was not only the first time skiing, but their first time seeing snow as well! What an experience!
